18:00 - Celebration of the Vespers led by Archpriest Mons. Ġużeppi Attard and recitation of the chaplet. 18:30 - Mass and sermon by Gozo Bishop Mons. Anton Teuma. Hymn, antiphon and Eucharistic benediction. 21:00 - Marian vigil of prayers in the church by Gozo Bishop Mons. Anton Teuma in the main parish church.
The statue of the Nativity of our Lady in Xagħra will be brought out of its niche, marking the commencement of the village feast.
