Open-air symphonic concert by Saint Mary Philharmonic Society featuring classical and popular music. Santa Marija Band led by Mro Dr Joseph Grech with singers Jolene Samhan, Ryan Hili, the Parish Choirs and DJ Micimago. The concert will include a fireworks display with live music celebrating the society’s 30th anniversary.
Join us for an unforgettable night! The event kicks off at 9:00 pm with a march starting from Sagħtrija Street. At 11:45 pm, the statue will be raised in Assumption Square, followed by a special feature by the youth section at midnight. The celebration continues with an afterparty!
On Sunday, 24th August at 12pm, the Santa Marija Philharmonic Society Band of Żebbuġ, Gozo will accompany the traditional "Marċ tal-Ħdax". The march will pass through the main streets of the village, followed by the usual street party next to the church. We encourage everyone to attend, especially the youth!
