The Universal Church will celebrate the Liturgical Feast of Pope Saint John Paul II, who, 35 years ago, celebrated the first Papal Mass ever held in the Maltese Islands on the parvis of the Ta' Pinu Basilica. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of his passing. A Eucharistic Celebration will be held to commemorate this significant occasion.
The Biddulph Male Voice Choir, direct from the UK and winners of the "West Midlands Male Voice Choir of the Year 2023" and "Best Self-Funded UK Male Voice Choir 2024," will be performing in a special joint concert with the Gozo Community Choir. Entrance is free, offering a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an evening of exceptional choral music.
