On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Pope Saint John Paul II’s visit to Gozo in 1990, the JP2 Cultural Foundation is holding a recital by Gozitan Soprano Ruth Portelli, accompanied on the piano by Dr Dorielle Bigeni. The recital will be held at St Joseph Parish Church, Qala on Saturday 8th June 2024 starting at 8.00pm. Soprano Portelli will be singing a variety of songs from her repertoire. This event is in full collaboration with the Qala Local Council. Your presence will be highly appreciated.
