The 5th edition of the Malta International Food Festival – Gozo Edition returns to the heart of Xewkija. It’s a free street food festival with a focus on inclusivity. Taste authentic Asian cuisines, fresh Mediterranean delights, the best of Europe, and genuine Gozitan delicacies. Your perfect night to discover new tastes, all rhythmed by a special set of live musicians right beneath the majestic Xewkija Parish church. Dessert lovers will also not be disappointed with an overwhelming choice of sweets and homemade ice creams, to name just a few, they are spoilt for choice.

Artists will entertain patrons throughout the night whilst children will have their own children’s area to enjoy. If you’re heading to Gozo, the food festival is a must to attend.

The way it works is easy. Entrance is free of charge; patrons will have to purchase tokens and redeem any food they desire.

The Gozo Edition of the Malta International Food Festival is being held on Friday 4th & Saturday 5th of August from 18:00 – 00:00 at Xewkija Main Square.

The Malta Public Transport will be offering a shuttle service from the Mgarr Ferry Terminal to the Xewkija Square till midnight.

The event is being organised in collaboration with the Xewkija Local Council and supported by Ministry for Gozo, Eco-Gozo A Better Gozo, Kinnie, and Cisk.
