This year, world-class violinist Carmine Lauri will headline the 28th edition of the Victoria International Arts Festival. Paganini’s Violin Concerto no. 1 and Sibelius’s Symphony no. 2 will be performed by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of VIAF’s resident conductor, Philip Walsh.
