Gratitude Meditation with Gentle Yoga

Chrysalis Studio is pleased to announce an evening session of Gratitude Meditation paired with gentle grounding exercises. This event is designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and mindful awareness. The session will also feature a reflective poem recital inspired by This Jungian Life podcast, adding a contemplative literary element to the experience.
The studio provides mats, yoga blocks, cushions, chairs, and stools to ensure every participant’s comfort throughout their session. Guests can also enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages during their visit. In addition, each attendee receives a complimentary €5 voucher redeemable on handmade gifts available in the studio shop, as well as a separate €5 voucher that can be used toward any meditation or yoga session offered at the studio.
