Village feasts are the calendar of Gozo’s Summer. Experience the sight, sounds and tastes of a typical village feast; this weekend in the village of Ghajnsielem. Discover the beauty of the parish Church in all its splendour; a living monument of the villagers love for their patron saint.

In the evening, the statue of Our Lady of Loreto will be carried out at shoulder height in procession from the parish church along the streets of the village accompanied by the confraternities and clergy. The local wind band will be playing religious and festive hymns along the route. A splendid firework display will be let of as the statue will be returning back to church.
