Fitness Class – GISAP Launch Week

Join us for fitness class sessions in our new state-of-the-art sports and wellness facilities. This event is perfect for anyone looking to increase the health and fitness skills.
Participants will be able to focus on building and maintaining abilities and practise training skills such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well as others to become well rounded in all physical activities. These sessions are a great way for those attending to experience what the new Pavilion has to offer.
