9:00pm: Performance in St George’s Square of Su Garzoni (1894), the first Grand Hymn of Gozo, with lyrics and music by Mons. Giuseppe Farrugia (1852–1925), performed by the La Stella Philharmonic Band under the direction of Mro Dr John Galea, and the children’s choir of the Piccole Stelle Society under the direction of Sylvana Attard.
9:00pm: Band march by the Prekursur Band (Xewkija) from St Francis Square to Independence Square.
9:00pm: Band march by the L-Unjoni Band (Ħal Luqa) from Republic Street to Independence Square.
9:15pm: Grand procession with the statue of St George the Victorious (1894), a masterpiece by Vincenzo M. Cremona and the first titular statue used in external festivities in Gozo. The procession will make its way through the main streets of Victoria, led by the La Stella Philharmonic Band with participation from the L-Unjoni Band.
10:15pm: Ad Astra – A spectacular aerial fireworks display fired from the hill of Gelmus, synchronized with music in Savina Square.
