Celebrate a day of devotion and tradition in the heart of Għajnsielem, as the community honours Our Lady of Loreto with a rich programme of liturgical and cultural events.

Morning Liturgies
The day begins with Masses at 6:30am and 7:30am, followed by a Pontifical Eucharistic Concelebration at 9:00am, led by Gozo Bishop Anton Teuma. This solemn celebration will feature special musical arrangements directed by Mro Dr. John Galea, adding a sacred and uplifting dimension to the liturgy.

Additional Masses
Further Masses will be celebrated at 11:15am and 5:00pm, offering more opportunities for worship throughout the day.

Evening Festivities
The evening programme begins with Solemn Vespers at 6:30pm, followed by a band march at 6:45pm. At 7:30pm, the revered statue of Our Lady of Loreto will make its grand appearance, accompanied by a Pontifical Procession through the streets of Għajnsielem.

Musical Tribute
At 8:00pm, the Victoria-based Banda Cittadina Leone will perform in the main square, featuring a moving rendition of “Ave Maria” by Antonella Rapa.

Grand Finale
The feast concludes with a spectacular procession and sky fireworks at 10:00pm, culminating in the statue’s return to the church and a final Eucharistic celebration, bringing the day to a close in solemnity and joy.
