Step into a world of creativity, laughter, and self-discovery in this unique Clowning & Movement Workshop designed especially for teens (ages 13 – 16) at the Ajax Gym. Through guided movement tasks, playful exploration, and the art of clowning, participants will uncover new ways to express themselves, connect with others, and discover the joy of being truly present.
This is not about red noses and circus tricks, it is about using clowning as a powerful tool for exploring identity, emotion, and the freedom to be yourself. No dance or performance experience is necessary, just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to play.
Led in a supportive and inclusive environment by experts Lou Jurgens, Dorian Mallia and Diane Portelli, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to build confidence, develop creative expression, and discover the surprising ways movement and clowning can unlock your inner voice.
