GIORGIO ALBIANI │ ADRIANO RULLO Guitar Duo – Italy

Distinguished performer and pedagogue Giorgio Albiani makes a welcome returns to Gaulitana, this year together with fellow guitarist and international concert artist Adriano Rullo. At the picturesque chapel overlooking the Gozo Channel, the duo perform a rhythm-inspired programme for solo and two instruments.   

Gaulitana: A Festival of Music returns, inviting aficionados to immerse themselves in a timeless musical experience.

Defined as “a major festival of classical music” (Musical Opinion UK), the annual springtime festival presents a multifarious programme of concerts and recitals in various localities around Gozo as international and local artists star in an eclectic mix of musical styles. The educational programme GAULearn and an exhibition on Puccini run in parallel as the festival aspires to kindle creativity in a month-long cultural bonanza.

Gaulitana runs from 23 March to 21 April. Festival events (except opera) are free of charge and no reservations are required.
