As part of our ongoing work with families across the island, SFC Gozo is organising two educational sessions for parents of children attending primary schools in Gozo, supported by the Ministry for Gozo.

Lead by speaker Neuroscientist Dr Erika Galea, the sessions will help parents understand how the child’s brain works & functions, learn how excessive use of devices & social media is wiring our children’s brain and get practical strategies for healthier habits.

Attendees will receive a free book: ‘The Amazing Generation’ – A newly released book by internationally recognised authors Prof. Jonathan Haidt and Catherine Price, offering a guide to fun and freedom in a screen-filled world. Coffee service is also included.
